Freight Terms and Conditions:
The handling fees are valid for consignments with a total cubic measurement of under 3m3. If your total consignment is above 3m3.
Freight Free is to main centres nationwide; charges may apply for deliveries in outer-lying areas.
ePackaging Shop Ltd reserves the right to change the handling fees at any time, however we will endeavour to advise you before your shipment is sent.
Free freight does not apply to hire items. Freight will be charged at cost to the client.We only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery.
PLEASE CHECK your package carefully for any signs of damage, IF goods are damaged in transit - DO NOT sign for them. Once you have signed for goods, the couriers will not honor any claims. IF you sign for damaged goods we cannot take any responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days. We will make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
Most North Island addresses will receive goods within 1-3 working days, with the South Island being 2-4 working days after the goods are shipped. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched along with the tracking number if available.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.

- We do not store your credit card details; during the transaction you will be directed to an Paypal secure website for the transaction to occur, once finished you will be returned to our website.
Returns & Replacements & Cancellation
Please contact us with any warranty queries or claims.
All freight incurred for any warranty claims or warranty returns are payable by customer.
It is normal that goods be returned to place of purchase at the customers cost. If the claim is a warranty issue, then you will not have to pay the freight for the repaired or replaced goods to be returned back to you.
Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your parcel. Please allow some additional time during high-volume periods.
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

You can pay by credit card via the SwipeHQ website.
Bank Transfer
You can pay us by direct credit via your bank’s online banking. You will be sent an order confirmation email with our bank account details. (You can also select this option to pay by cheque or cash but only on store pick up orders only.)
